The Isolated Ground facility covers 18,000 sq. ft. of shop space and 2,000 sq. ft. of office space. A
1,200 sq. ft. scene dock houses reusable set pieces; such as brick and clapboard walls, doors, windows, cyclone and picket fence sections, wood flooring, fake i-beams, columns, and other
constantly changing items. Two project rooms are provided for any projects that need drafting, planning, research and coordination space. Phone, fax, and copier services are available for all in
house projects.
From the designer’s first sketch, to the final conception, changes are made that effect the final
budget. We strive to communicate budget changes in accord with real time changes in the scope of the project.
We recognize that a job well done is accomplished by delivering the set that is needed, for the
budget that is approved, in the time frame that is required and we realize how important it is to balance all of these issues.
Attention to production value, effort given to timeliness, a solid
